Local Delivery Policy
1. GudangECU can only send any goods that have been ordered by the buyer after knowing and receiving funds and confirmation from the buyer accurately and in accordance with the value of the goods purchased.
2. Gudangecu collaborates with the logistics company JNE which will send every buyer's order.
3. Gudangecu entrusts logistics which has collaborated with us in implementing services, costs, estimated delivery times and delivery guarantees.
4. All forms of complaints regarding delivery are the responsibility of the logistics company collaborating with Gudangecu. Gudangecu will try to facilitate the relationship between the buyer and the logistics company that collaborates with Gudangecu, and in connection with this the buyer agrees to release Gudangecu for claims and losses experienced by the buyer related to the order delivery process.
5. The buyer has the right to submit a complaint to Gudangecu regarding the quality of delivery provided by the logistics company collaborating with Gudangecu or to submit a complaint directly to the logistics company collaborating with Gudangecu within the time period and conditions as determined by the logistics company.
6. If the goods received by the buyer are damaged or do not match your purchase on the Gudangecu.com website, compensation will be given at the compensation rate provided by Gudangecu's logistics partner. If you expect guaranteed receipt of the goods you purchased with full compensation, you are required to use the insurance options available on the payment service. All forms of claims and compensation processes will follow the insurance company procedures provided by logistics
Damaged Product Policy
Production defects and not due to usage errors such as: falling, entering water, scratches, installation errors, the product has been disassembled, natural disasters, being struck by lightning, changes in electric voltage, and changes in battery current.
Product damage caused by the shipping process is the responsibility of the expedition.
