How to Perform Leakage Test?
- Turn off the vehicle ignition.
- Dismantle air filter and throttle connections.
- Clean the intake opening and insert the Universal Intake Adapter.
- Connect power cord to 12V battery.
- Check Power LED; ensure power supply is OK.
- Introduce smoke nozzle into system via Adapter Cone.
- Press Air Control Switch, wait 30s for pressurization, check Pressure Gauge & Flow Meter.
- Press Smoke Control Switch; if smoke appears, adjust nozzle back into Cone Adapter.
- System ready for leak check in 2 minutes. Use bright light to assist inspection.
- After test, stop Smoke Control Switch & Air Control Switch.
- Collect Smoke Hose and Power Cord with Velcro straps; store unit upright only.
